ATTENTION TEAM SPORTS VOLUNTEERS: We will no longer accept Individual Volunteer Registration submissions for Team sport programs. We will ONLY be accepting Volunteer Registration (Step 1 ONLY) through submission of entire staff of an organization. Head Coaches and/or Organization Presidents must approve an Individual Volunteer to be a part of their group's staff through completion and submission of Step 1 for entire staff together.

Registration Form for Louisiana Youth Coaches' Alliance
($10 - Good for 1 year) (Must be submitted every year)
Print This Registration Form for Coaches Alliance and Fax it to 225-302-8607 or e-mail it to us at Coaching@LouisianaYouthCoaches.com
TAKING A PICTURE OF YOUR COMPLETED REGISTRATION FORM IS NOT THE SAME AS SCANNING. PICTURES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!!!

USA Football Certification Program with HEADS UP FOOTBALL
ALL Football Coaches

$10 - Good for 1 year.
All coaches must use the ID Link in Part B to log in to an existing account or when creating a new account to properly associate with Louisiana Youth Football to receive the discount on the Youth Tackle Coach Certification.
